Project Manager


The Mission of the Project Manager is...

To support the Global Project Manager managing multiple projects while focusing on process development and process validation and verification to help ATL provide the highest quality to our clients. Ensures compliance to and contributes to the development of ATL's Quality Management System.

How are you going to help us?


You will manage multiple projects at the same time focused on product development and design validation and verification. Initiates, plans, monitor and control of execution, and closes of projects. Uses risk management methodologies to escalate issues and guide project teams through Phase Reviews. Manages project change requests and maintains alignment between key stakeholders.


To report on project status – schedule, budget, scope, and risks. Establishes, communicates with, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates activities of cross functional teams.

· At least 6 years of progressive Program/Project Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Bachelor's degree in Business or Related Field

· Knowledge of development prototyping methods - 3D printing, machining, EDM, casting, etc.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes – Injection molding, vertical molding, wire extrusion, metal stamping, SMT, etc.

· Knowledge of product development and validation activities - Brainstorming, Specifications, DFMEA, DFM, Design for Cost Procedures/Protocols/Reports, etc.

· Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

· Experience with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 and the impacts to project schedules and documentation requirements.

· Extensive experience with risk management.

· Experience with project management and scheduling tools (Workfront is a plus).

· Able to understand technical documents such as blueprints, part and assembly drawings, assembly instructions, etc.

· Extensive experience in problem solving and conflict management.

· PMP is a plus.

· MBA is a plus.
