We are looking for an experienced and energetic candidate to fill our Senior Marketing Manager role. The ideal candidate would be a key contributor in the development and execution of the global marketing tactics and strategies to meet the global organizational objectives. To be successful the candidate would be able to demonstrate and provide effective management of digital and off-line marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the whole company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participates with senior leadership in global marketing strategy development.
  • Manage tactical execute of marketing strategy(s).
  • Own Marketing and Sales team relationship. Clarity, coordinate and provide strategic and tactical assistance to the sales team. Create an atmosphere of working together reach common sales and marketing metrics as well as company goals.
  • Represent customer's point of view in messaging and new product development.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Participate in creation and management of marketing budgets.
  • Principle author and internal coordinator of assignment briefs.
  • Oversee and participate in creation and delivery of Public Relations, Advertising, and Design.
  • Ensure messaging consistency in all external and internal messaging.
  • Manage consumer research logistics.
  • Produce and manage social engagement, & blogging.
  • Work with engineers to create meaningful and relevant content for lead generation and positioning ATL as the industry thought leader.
  • Help manage Inbound/lead generation marketing.
  • Oversee account-based marketing.
  • Own relationships with other departments to provide consistency of messaging and support all communication and business development activities.
  • Responsible for current competitive landscape analysis.
  • Provide support for events in the U.S. and Internationally.
  • Drive website improvement (content management/messaging/visual).
  • Own day-to-day relationship with external partners. (agencies, design firms, printing etc.)
  • Travels 20 30% of the time.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • MBA a plus.
  • University degree in marketing, communications or 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing department.
  • Well versed in marketing concepts with hands-on experience in marketing a business-to-business service. 
  • Health Care/Medical marketing experience is a plus. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills as well as a proven ability to write quality business documents. 
  • Complete understanding of marketing and strategies.
  • Ability to demonstrate pass experience with each of the responsibilities listed above.
  • Minimum 2-3 years hands-on with inbound marketing/marketing automation software and tactics.
  • Ability to read, and understand common industry scientific journals to understand industry trends.
  • Ability to understand and work with engineers to write and edit relevant and current industry content.
  • Possesses excellent content research and writing skills.
  • Makes and keeps commitments/deadlines.
  • Works smart:
    • Knows how to categorize what is most important and allocate appropriate time.
    • Completes assignments on time.
  • Collaborative yet, capable to see what needs to be done and lead to get it done without needing to be told.
  • Desire to learn and help team members succeed.
  • Confident in personal ability without much need for recognition.
